Places are available at Raheen Self-Catering Limited, in Athenry, County Galway for a 2 day mosaic workshop hosted by artist Jennie Castle of CASTLERIN Studios and Workshops, Bennettsbridge, in Co Kilkenny.

Day One : Sat 25^th September 2010

MORNING : 10.30 – 1.00p.m. Introduction to mosaic, to materials and design. Start of the mosaic piece.

AFTERNOON : 2.00 – 4.30pm. Completion of the gluing of the mosaic.

Day Two : Sunday 26^th September 2010

MORNING : 10.30 – 1.00p.m. Grouting and polishing of the mosaic, followed by a slide show.

Cost : €125 per person including self-catering accommodation and mosaic workshop, with all materials provided. Refreshments will be served during the workshop times.
